• Initial appointment (includes assessment, diagnosis and treatment plan creation) $150

• Cost per follow up appointment $125/session

• Full payment due at the time of your appointment

• Accepts cash, debit or credit

I do not accept insurance but I am happy to provide the necessary paperwork for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
